tableGo Partner Agreement Legal: 2026-10-23-draft-2 | Global: 43 2026-10-23-draft-2-g43 Draft awaiting legal review. This is not a final contract; separate approval is required before launch. Effective: 2026-11-01T22:00:00.000Z 1. Parties and purpose. The operator is MENYHART SZABOLCS PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA, CUI: 53460867, Registrul Comerțului: F2026003614004; contact: tablego.site@gmail.com. The partner is the business named at registration, through the stated representative. The contact user declares that they are authorised to act on behalf of the business. Lawful disclosure of the operator's address remains to be resolved; a private home address is not included in this draft. 2. Service and approval. tableGo provides a technical interface for table requests, partner profiles and on-site orders. Registration does not automatically activate a partner: main-admin approval is required. Sending a table request is not a restaurant confirmation. The restaurant provides hospitality services and fulfils orders. 3. Details and access. The partner supplies accurate, current business, contact, menu and availability information, holds the necessary rights to uploaded materials and protects login details. Booking and order responses are managed in the application. Unauthorised access is reported to the operator. 4. Fees and settlement. Default: 1.00 RON / booked guest, only for actually completed bookings; chargeable QR service costs a fixed 50.00 RON / month, not a turnover commission. Individual prices require separate authenticated acceptance; new prices apply only after acceptance and the planned effective date. Month-end settlement, with invoices issued externally. Bookings belong to their scheduled month; late completion is a correction in the next open settlement, showing the original month. Cancelled, rejected, no-show and active bookings are not chargeable. Partial QR-month pricing, payment deadline, VAT and legal price-change notice conditions require separate approval. Technical billing requires a separately accepted partner price version; old bookings cannot be repriced retrospectively at a new rate. 5. Data and confidentiality. The partner uses guest data only to handle the related matter, with appropriate access protection, without unauthorised disclosure or automatic marketing use. The precise roles of tableGo and the restaurant, legal bases, any data-processing agreement and retention rules require legal review. This agreement does not replace the privacy notice or claim automatic deletion that has not been implemented. 6. Operation and liability. In case of technical failure, the parties discuss necessary measures. This draft does not promise uninterrupted availability or set final liability exclusions or limits. Those provisions and complaint-handling details await approval. 7. Ending cooperation. A request to end cooperation may be sent to the contact address. Final termination conditions and deadlines must be settled separately. Ongoing guest matters must be resolved; ending access does not mean immediate deletion of all related data. 8. Version and acceptance. On successful registration, the system records the partner/user relationship, supplied business and representative details, server time, accepted version, language, full text and its SHA-256 digest. This is not a qualified electronic signature or independent identity verification. HU/RO/EN versions aim at identical terms; the prevailing language, applicable law, dispute resolution and legal effect of the draft await legal approval. A new text version must not rewrite evidence of earlier acceptance.
